Our famous Queen Maeve's Onion Marmalade is available most of the year, but the rest of our jams, preserves, and chutneys come and go with the seasons. Our award-winning strawberry jam is only made using field grown Dundalk strawberries, as is our raspberry jam, so they only pop up in late summer and until stocks run out. Our rhubarb and ginger jam is made with Irish rhubarb in late spring and early autumn, and our hedgerow fruits range (damson, blackberry) usually arrives in late October. Occasionally we have a marmalade here too, so keep an eye out!
