Beloved of vampires everywhere, our garlic sauce is made with fresh European garlic (none of that tasteless Chinese shite), Irish apple cider vinegar, Irish carrots, Irish onions (when we can get them), and oriel Irish Sea Salt.
Garlic has a fresh hot bite with a lovely deep taste of fresh garlic. A medium hot sauce by most people’s standards, but the garlic makes it feel hotter. Garlic is the perfect balance of flavour and intense heat with added aroma from the garlic and onions.
Try it as a sauce – on burgers, chops, salads, kebabs, BBQ meats, chips, pizzas, or baked potatoes. Try it as a cooking ingredient – in curries, chilli con carne, lasagne, fried rice, stir-fries, and marinades. Try it as a salad dressing – mix it with olive oil, natural yoghurt, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, or lemon juice.
