Great Northern Larder spice rubs are made in small batches using the highest quality spices. We purchase our spice from a specialist importer who can trace each and every batch right back to the farm. Our spice rubs only contain salt and sugar if they are a crucial part of the recipe. None of our meat rubs contain salt at all as we believe you should salt your meat to your own preference. This makes our spice rubs much better value and quality than most.
